Definitions

"Service" or "AIOS"

refers to Harmonized's Living AI Operating System, including the 24/7 autonomous agent, platform integrations, intelligent automation, and all related features

"User"

refers to any individual or business entity with a registered account who accesses or uses the Service

"Autonomous Agent"

refers to the AI system that operates continuously to monitor, analyze, and execute business workflows with user approval

"Platform Masters"

refers to our comprehensive API integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, and other business platforms

"Events" or "Workflows"

refers to business opportunities and automation suggestions detected by AIOS that require user approval for execution

"Multi-Step Automation"

refers to complex workflows spanning multiple platforms that AIOS can execute with granular user approval at each step

Account Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes or malicious activities
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content to any platform
Attempt to breach our security measures or access unauthorized data
Reverse engineer the AIOS agent or AI intelligence systems
Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service or connected platforms
Share access credentials or account permissions with unauthorized users
Use AIOS to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
Interfere with other users' experience or AIOS system performance
Approve workflows designed to harm, defraud, or deceive others
Use AIOS for automated trading, gambling, or high-risk financial activities
Connect platforms you don't own or have authorization to access
Attempt to manipulate or deceive the AIOS learning algorithms

Workflow Execution & User Responsibility

Automated Action Responsibility

When you approve AIOS workflows, you take responsibility for the automated actions. AIOS provides recommendations, but final approval and responsibility remain with you.

You are responsible for reviewing all proposed actions before approval
AIOS suggestions are recommendations only and should be verified for accuracy
You remain liable for any emails sent, invoices created, or payments processed through AIOS
We recommend starting with low-risk workflows while learning the system
Complex financial or legal workflows should be reviewed by qualified professionals
You can always override, modify, or cancel approved workflows before execution

Payment Terms & Subscription Management

Subscription Billing

  • • AIOS subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance

  • • We may change pricing with 30 days written notice
  • • Failure to pay may result in AIOS agent suspension

Cancellation & Refunds

  • • Cancel subscription anytime with immediate AIOS deactivation
  • • Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions upon request
  • • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
  • • Enterprise agreements governed by separate terms

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AIOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, changes, or data loss
AIOS suggestions are recommendations only; final decisions and outcomes are your responsibility
We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content, workflows, or business insights
You are responsible for verifying all automated actions before approval
We are not liable for damages resulting from approved AIOS workflows or integrations
Predictive analytics and forecasting are estimates only and not guaranteed outcomes
Cross-platform workflow execution depends on third-party API availability and reliability

  • • Workflow rollback capabilities are best-effort and may have limitations

Approval pattern analysis is used only to improve suggestions for your account
Learning data is not shared between users or used for other purposes
You can reset learning data or disable specific learning features at any time
Learning effectiveness may vary based on usage patterns and data quality
Preference learning requires sufficient interaction data to be effective
You can export your learning profile and preferences for backup or transfer

Termination
