Definitions
"Service" or "AIOS"
refers to Harmonized's Living AI Operating System, including the 24/7 autonomous agent, platform integrations, intelligent automation, and all related features
"User"
refers to any individual or business entity with a registered account who accesses or uses the Service
"Autonomous Agent"
refers to the AI system that operates continuously to monitor, analyze, and execute business workflows with user approval
"Platform Masters"
refers to our comprehensive API integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, and other business platforms
"Events" or "Workflows"
refers to business opportunities and automation suggestions detected by AIOS that require user approval for execution
"Multi-Step Automation"
refers to complex workflows spanning multiple platforms that AIOS can execute with granular user approval at each step
Account Terms
- You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

24/7 Autonomous Agent
AIOS operates continuously as your digital business partner, monitoring integrated platforms and detecting opportunities. You maintain full control through approval workflows and can disable the agent at any time.
Approval-Based Execution
All AIOS actions require your explicit approval. No autonomous actions are taken without your consent. You can approve, reject, or modify any suggested workflow before execution.
Cross-Platform Intelligence
AIOS analyzes data across your connected platforms to provide comprehensive business intelligence. Platform integration is optional and can be configured based on your needs.
Learning and Adaptation
AIOS learns from your approval patterns to provide increasingly relevant suggestions. Learning is account-specific and can be disabled or reset in your settings.

Third-Party Platform Connections
AIOS integrates with your business platforms to provide intelligent automation. You control which platforms to connect and what data to share.

Workflow Execution & User Responsibility
Automated Action Responsibility
When you approve AIOS workflows, you take responsibility for the automated actions. AIOS provides recommendations, but final approval and responsibility remain with you.

AI Assistant Terms
AI Features are provided "as is" and may be updated or modified. AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy.
Usage Limits
AI features may be subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI Features.
Data Training
AI training data is anonymized and protected. You can opt-out of AI training in your account settings.
Payment Terms & Subscription Management
Subscription Billing
- • AIOS subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- • Platform usage charges may apply for high-volume automation
- • We may change pricing with 30 days written notice
- • Failure to pay may result in AIOS agent suspension
Cancellation & Refunds
- • Cancel subscription anytime with immediate AIOS deactivation
- • Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions upon request
- • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
- • Enterprise agreements governed by separate terms
Usage-Based Charges
- • API calls to integrated platforms may incur additional charges
- • Premium AI features may have separate pricing tiers
- • Usage monitoring available in your account dashboard
